Property Manager – Inkblock, Boston

Boston-based real estate development and management firm is actively seeking an experienced property manager to oversee luxury apartment building located in Boston. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer service and time management skills, proven marketing and leasing capabilities, as well as personnel and financial management expertise. Experience with Yardi and Yieldstar is preferable.

Accounts Payable Coordinator — Newton

Cash Management is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator. This is a full cycle AP position that is responsible for processing invoices for semi-monthly check runs, vendor inquires, researching past due balances & 1099 processing. This position is a newly created position in an existing AP group of three coordinators. We are looking for a candidate with strong technology skills, ability to multi task, possess strong attention to detail with great communication skills. Maintenance Service Technicians — Lynnfield and Allston

Maintenance service technicians needed for luxury apartment communities in Lynnfield and Allston. Candidate must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance. Must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property. Must be reliable and able to handle emergency situations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are mandatory. Position will require some on call, night and weekend hours. Primary responsibility is to maintain the interior and exterior physical condition of the assigned property in a professional manner. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to assist Maintenance Manager in the performance of all maintenance duties. Regular attention and care for buildings and grounds is essential to preserve the property owner’s investment and the well being of residents.
