Background

Chuck is a Vice President in the Asset Management group at National Development and joined the firm in this capacity 2015. He is responsible for oversight of assets, as well as the development and execution of strategic planning. This includes leasing, budgeting, capital projects, building operations, financing activities and participation in the acquisition and disposition processes.

Prior to joining National Development, Chuck worked for McCall and Almy, a local tenant representation and commercial real estate advisory firm. For the firm’s clients, Chuck was involved with the formulation of strategic plans and their execution – including all types of transactional work involving leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, economic and financial analytics, and consultant coordination and management.
