Background

Jerome is focused on asset management responsibilities: specifically the optimization of value-added portfolios of office, R & D/flex, retail, industrial and parking/garage properties involving debt and/or institutional joint venture equity capital. Throughout the investment holding periods he is primarily responsible for the implementation of the asset strategy involving leasing, budgeting and reporting of all operational issues to internal senior management, investors, joint venture partners, and lenders and the coordination of property management, brokers, attorneys, appraisers and a broad group of consultants and professional service providers. Other responsibilities include spearheading due diligence and financing on selective acquisition projects and those activities associated with asset sales, equity participations and refinancing.
