Jessica spends most of her spare time (and keeps in shape by) chasing around her two young daughters

As Vice President of Residential Properties, Jessica is responsible for strategic operational oversight of all residential properties in the National Development portfolio. She oversees budgeting, capital improvements, staffing, marketing, leasing, and all other day-to-day operations on her sites. Additionally, she assists the Development and Acquisition teams with decisions related to the incorporation of new or existing properties into the portfolio.

Jessica started her career in the engineering and government sector, but has been involved in real estate since 2003. Prior to joining National Development, she worked for Wood Residential Services, where she managed their northeast portfolio of properties. Jessica has been involved in the successful lease ups of many residential properties throughout the Boston market.

Jessica spends her free time with her husband and two young children, whom she credits with making her the multi-tasker she is today.
