John spends his weekends working as an alpine race official for ski races held at many of the ski areas in New England.

Background

John is a LEED certified, registered architect who has worked in the field of real estate for more then 25 years as a project architect and a development project manager. John has spent his career designing large scale projects, and has supervised office, residential, senior housing, hospitality and retail projects as a development manager as well as air rights mixed use development and retrofitting aging properties. John has worked on several weatherization and energy efficient improvements to several existing properties, and has recently worked on several Bridges by Epoch senior housing projects throughout New England.
