Background

Kevin joined National Development in 2013 after ten years in private practice with WilmerHale LLP (originally Hale and Dorr LLP).  He represents the company across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning, land use and permitting matters, debt and equity finance, leasing and development.  At WilmerHale, Kevin’s practice focused primarily on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of office, laboratory and R&D, senior living, retail, multifamily and mixed-use developments across the country.  Kevin was named a New England Super Lawyers ‘Rising Star’ in Boston Magazine for four consecutive years beginning in 2009.

In his free time, he enjoys boating, skiing, golfing and spending time with his wife and three young children, whose soccer, flag football and baseball teams he regularly coaches.
