Michael lived in China and later India for six months while he was pursuing his Master’s degree (and his now wife, who was living in India at the time).

Michael manages new senior housing activities including new product development, site identification, due diligence, permitting, design team coordination and related development activities. For projects in New York and Connecticut, he serves as liaison to National Development’s partner, EPOCH Senior Living, and is responsible for managing construction relationships and budgets. Prior to joining ND in 2015, Michael developed senior housing in New York and New England for five years and worked in the healthcare services group at Credit Suisse in New York for eight years. Michael lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and three children.
